Was I merely a memory That faded over time. Was I just someone You just so happened to find. Was I just a someone To keep the loneliness at bay.
The time for slumber is over. I have let my silence go on to long. Happy with my rank now. Time to get to work again tomorrow. Be it dark thoughts, or frisky thoughts.
Threw my dreams in a wishing well. And watched them disappear. If they came back I could never tell. But I'm still waiting here. Shared some love, lost some innocence. I wont get back again.

Dark days, black thoughts emotions like this can't be taught Wish they'd go away, but something tells me they're here to stay. Is it a risk worth taking, will things ever become clear.
Don't you know, That I've changed?. That I want to be the old me?. Don't you know, I trust only myself?. That it's all your fault?. Don't you know, That I still care?. That I wish I didn't?.
Everybody knows love and pain. Some believe they are one and the same. Others play it like its a game. Whatever we do we are all the same. I say always embrace the pain.
