This was my first published poem when I was in year 5 and I thought I'd share it with you
When I'm an old woman I would wear pink with a purple hat.
I'll eat pizza for dinner everyday.
I'll wear shorts and tshirt in the snow.
I'll stay up all night and eat sweets.
I'll run my stick along railings
Il go swimming in people's pools and drink coke all day.
But now I have to go to school and go to bed at 9:00
And have vegetables for dinner.
I have to look after my brother and sister.
But shouldn't I practice now so people dont get worried when I start wearing pink with a purple hat....
