Finish bath. Make dinner. Sit down. Eat dinner. Finish dinner. Wash up. Clean kitchen. Load washing machine. Put clothes away. Kettle on. Make tea. Sit down. Drink half of tea. Get glass. Pour glass of wine. Sit down. Drink wine.
Relax...
Total relaxation is not on my list.
Finish glass. Brush teeth. Clean face. Get into bed. Sleep.
No good; I can't sleep.
