Realize that we have it all.
Friends that love and are there for you.
That pick you up when you fall.
Living and dying,
Laughing and crying.
I know there are long nights,
But after darkness comes light.
Sunshine after the rain,
Love after the pain.
Life is beautiful
A father's love, a wedding dance,
A mother's hug, a big, huge chance.
New Year's dreams, a toast with friends,
The pain and sorrow coming to an end.
A soldier coming home from war,
The faith, the hope of so much more.
A brand new life, a little girl's prayer,
Shooting stars, ocean air.
A lover's kiss and hard goodbyes,
Booming fireworks and Christmas lights.
A smile from someone who's sick and tired,
Lightening bugs and a summer campfire.
These are things that hold us in a warm embrace,
These are the times that bring a smile to our face.
These are things that make us feel happy to be alive
These are the times that make us realize.
