I'm glad it's raining today.
Because tears hide when it pours.

No one hears my heart,
Shatter in two,
Because the thunder covers it up,
When I'm thinking of you.

I'm sure glad it's storming,
Because it hides what's inside.
The lightning will cover me up,
Because I need a place to hide.

I thought I had found someone,
Who would stay with me till the end.
But you wanted a lover,
I just wanted a friend.
