Twinkle

(inspired by @earthbound, others have done them also, so those authors as well.)

Twinkle twinkle little star,
I already know what you are.
Up above the world so high,
Strange we see beauty as they die.
Like a diamond in the sky?
No. I don't wander what you are.
Twinkle twinkle little star,
I already know what you are.
A celestial body doesn't sound as good,
But the image of dying, conjures up blood.
I guess this is a somber rhyme,
But at least I know this is truthfully mine.
I've already said I love the dead,
So dying stars don't fill me with dread.
I see the magic and beauty in them instead.

Mine is rather pitiful compared to this!

@Nom I'll have a look if you don't mind. And I doubt it's pitiful at all. Thank you for the comment.
