Spiritual Judgement

The more spiritual one learns about oneself from spiritual awareness, the less one judges.
It's an amazing inner experience, simply let others be.
In any case who are we to judge others?
I'd rather the insight to at least wonder what it would mean to have a mind totally free from judgement.
The incredible freedom, the inner lightness of being and the parole of mind, no longer tangled in the swarm of inner criticism, no longer bound by the pitiful habit of weighing life and people on the mean and sad little scale of
One sided judgements.
Spiritual judgement is looking beyond the eyes physical interpretation by allowing oneself to look inside for judgement and rather then gathering a view on others.
Thus letting ourselves look deeper before contemplating judgement of or on others.

You Will Know When It Happens

I have many times sat alone in my room, feeling completely content with myself. The space which surrounds me feels so right. The music I listen to, so much better than it sounded yesterday.

Wake Up

Sometimes I just stop. It could be anywhere. Any time. But I have to stop. So I can think. Think about the future. About the past. Sometimes even just about the present.

Abstract Life

We do not have a privileged access to reality, so many of us live either in the past or the future & betray the moment. In some sense we forget to live the real life.

Stop. Think.

It's important to to look at ourselves when condemning others for doing something wrong or behaving in a certain way. Because, no doubt, we have all acted in such a way too.
