I ran far I didn't plan on going to la push or anything more like going to my horrible doom. I looked around the green blurring scenery . I stopped running a let out a nice huge sigh. I was exhausted from running. I yawned and heard something crack from behind me. I Turned and saw a prancing deer dance by the river. I was hungry but hunting wasn't the best. I gave in to my hunting instincts and a loud hiss came out of my mouth. I jumped at the deer and snapped its tiny neck. I sank my teeth into its tender furry skin. Blood Oozed into my mouth and I just digested it very quickly. It wasn't exactly satisfying but it wasn't bad. I finished and the deer dropped limply to the floor. I wiped the blood from my mouth and continued with my run. I wasn't going to go as far as the borderline of Mexico but California seemed completely justifiable. Wait wouldn't I need my cloths and money... My heels skidded and grass clung to my shoes. I sighed and started creeping back to the house making sure I wasn't heard. I jumped into my window and grabbed my duffel bag that I had previously shoved with my nessasary cloths for my recent runaway. I grabbed the roll of emergency cash I was given for my 13th birthday and shoved it into my brown duffel bag.
I heard feet coming upstairs and someone I think My mom say "Nessie's in her room hurry!"
I jumped from my window but landed with to much weight on my right leg. A painful snapping sound was made in my leg and anguishing pain began. I continued running limping more. The throbbing in my leg made me wince each time I had to step with that one while I ran. I stopped reaching a train station that read "The grand bullet" on the side. I let out a sigh and Payed for my ticket. I started walking in and sat down in a booth. The cushions were velvet red with leather head rest. I continued looking around and realized my ticket had a room number on it. I force my self to get up again and started searching for my room. 2c 3c 4c ah here it it is 5C. I slid open the metal door and walked inside. It was a small square room. It had 2 bunk beds shoved in the left corner and a wide window in the middle of the room. The carpet was blue and there was a comfy looking couch with three pillows stacked onto the arm rest. I looked at the when we would arrive in California and realized I would be in this train for the rest of the night. I sighed. I had to get up and 3 in the morning and get off this train. I dropped my duffel bag to the floor and laid back and my head sunk into the pillows. I closed my eyes and let my self drift off into a dream.
In my dream Jacob had came to me. I knew I was dreaming because he was there.
"Ness this is important"
Jacob said the words and it echoed.
I was completely tired yet I was dreaming
"Ness you dad I know he died but I will Dream scape with you and tell you how to undo my coma ." He said
I nodded now happy
"You need to go to California"
"Already there..." I said a Little bit smug.
"Okay... He hesitated.... Are you familiar with Leah Clearwater?" He wondered
Of course I was she help defending me from the "bad people" when I was a child. She didn't really like me though she only tolerated me.
"Yes"
"She's in LA right now. She knows what to do.its up to you ness" he said
He started phasing away.
"Don't leave me!!" I cried
"Ness don't cry I love you and make sure you eat right... I... Love... You" he faded away into the white scenery and I was left alone. A tear rolled down my cheek."
My eyes snapped open and I remembered where I was. I glance at my clock anxiously. 1:30 am... Mine as well stay up. I looked at my scattered sheets and messy bed. I sighed and started organizing everything. I got that from Alice and Esme.
I looked at my phone. It wasn't 1:30 am it was 2:58. Stupid slow clock. I grabbed my duffel bag and threw it over my shoulder. I need to get off the train in time...
