'Then I realised something: he may not be dead… Ruth said,'He wasn't going to return.' but when he sees me - alive - he'll realise that he made a mistake and I am here - vampire, but still immortally alive - he'll come straight back home and stay here, with me, forever.
But what if he is dead?
It's all my fault - not technically, he bit me, he thought I was dead, he murdered himself.' all this was buzzing through my head. Was I ever going to get Luke back? There's only one way to find out.
"Everyone? I've got a plan," I spoke, eventually I got everyone sat in the lounging room and listening,"Well, Luke may not be dead – you see, the telegram thingy wrote'Your son is not returning.' that doesn't mean he isnt alive! I'm going to look for Luke. And hopefully bring him back home, anyone coming with?" I asked, desperate to get my Luke back,
"I'll come, sounds like an adventure, so I'm in," Rob smiled, and stood by the door ready,
"I'm in, I suppose I may come in handy!" Abby grinned and went up to Rob and nodded,
"Casper? Ruth? Sam?" I asked - more like pleaded -
"Of course darling! Luke hasn't been this happy since never! I dont want him to return to see that your not there!" Ruth smiled, and I gave a big grin,
"Anyone else? I suppose you can stay here and let us know if Luke does come home," I said an made my way over to 'the explorers!':

are going on a Luke hunt!
We loaded up the trunk of Robs monster jeep, Rob driving, Ruth in the passenger seatand, me and Abby in the back. Soon we set off, 'Luke, here we come!' I thought and we were heading for the forest to get to the main motorway.
'Watch out, Luke, we are on our way, coming to get you!' I thought, I was too determined to get my Luke back, that I wasn't prepared that what happens if he wasn't coming back, or even worse… dead…?
