Cold hearts line the frosted floor,
As hallow flames light up the door,
Black tears of night fall to the ground,
Crescendo hues spark all around.
A thread of ice and furtive eyes,
Fix strength upon bravado lies,
Within a snare of inkwell night,
The veins turn static in the light.
Dark dubbed emotions, all in black,
A bloodlust murder, poised attack,
The heart of nettles, taut and torched,
Upon the ashes, sought and scorched.
