I never realised there was a edge
Until I fell backwards, falling past the earth.
A sea of blue and a world of green,
A hand reached out and grabbed me.
Hauling me passed the stars.
Into your arms I was pulled.
I wondered how I never noticed that edge,
But it made me glad I fell.

Explanation: in one episode of the cartoon series As Told By Ginger, there is a poem that she recites for her class. I saw this episode so many years ago, but I think about the poem almost daily.
