A boulevard of memories,
And every house: a hope,
Walking down and wishing true,
I wonder how I cope.
A sidewalk filled with wants and needs,
Every step has weight,
Forks in roads and yet more street,
Do you believe in fate?
A pavement full if choices,
The wrong and right conspire,
Decisions battle in my chest,
And clash; an angry fire.
A road of expectations,
One place I need to choose,
Every block of flats yells 'me!'
But what if it's a ruse?
