Chapter 3

The gym isn't that big, but it's big enough to fit the all the students in half court. Our principle made all the Fresh-men sit on the hard, uncomfortable bleachers while he talked for an hour, then we went out side and prayed and then sat on the wet grass to eat our lunch. They provided a sack lunch with a sandwich, an apple and some milk. I ate with Allen and the tall brown haired boy, named Danny.

After lunch we got onto a bus I sat next to Allen and Danny had to sit in front of us next to Julianna. Two girls in front of them, who kept looking back and taking to Julianna, kept saying guilty to Danny. Danny looked confused, Julianna looked even more confused. The ride wasn't bad Allen told be about his family and some weird stories. Danny would look back and join in sometimes too.
"Hey I know this place!" Allen said suddenly and looked out the window, "We're near my house!"
I looked out of the front window, because Allen's head was in the way. We drove into a place called Lemery park. The bus parked and we spilt up. Most of the students went to the field where they were playing games, but me, Allen and Danny didn't, we went to the playground, ten feet away from a picnic place where we were suppose to meet up later.
"Hey you guys want to see a trick?" I asked as a I climbed up the stares over to a red curly side. I jumped off and rolled on to my back and stood back up. They thought it was cool. I looked over at the picnic place and noticed the pikachu girl was watching with her to friends, the curly haired girl from our advisory, the other a blond haired girl with zits on her face. The pikachu girl quickly looked back at her friends when she noticed I was looking at her. I walked away to get a drink at the drinking fountain. I when I walked back I saw that the pikachu girl and her friends had joined Allen and Danny on the playground. I walked up to them, they were talking about movies.
"I hate the lord of the rings." Said the curly haired girl.
"I loved it!" The pikachu girl replied.
"It was creepy!" The curly haired girl said.
"Yeah, it was kinda creepy." The pikachu girl agreed.
"I thought it was dumb." Allen said.
"What? How?" The pikachu girl asked.
"Have you guys seen Hang man's curse?" Danny asked.
"No." The blond girl replied, she didn't sound like she cared to be there. I guessed it wasn't her idea to go talk the Allen and Danny.
"Me ether. What's it about?" The curly haired girl asked.
"It's this really cool movie about this guy who hung himself-" The pikachu girl started, but Allen interrupted her.
"Hey Jake! You should show them your trick!" Allen suggested.
"Ok." I agreed and walked past the pikachu girl and up to the side. They raced off the playground to a place so they could see me. I jumped off and rolled on to my back and stood back up. They clapped.
"That's so cool!" The pikachu girl said excitedly. Then her friends walked away and the pikachu followed them.
