Chapter 12
When I got to Mr. Gerrtsmi's room. I walked over to my seat and through my backpack on the floor.
"Wow Jakey. Just stomp to your seat and throw your backpack." Mandy said from her seat which was in the row behind me. I turned my head to look at her.
"You in a mad mood?" She asked.
"No. I'm just sick of some people." I replied and turned back to my stuff.
"Sick of who?" Mandy asked. I turned back.
"Some people." I said as Mr. Gerrtsmi walked.
"Ok everyone pack up your stuff and go to the gym." Mr. Gerrtsmi said.
"Right now?" Mandy asked.
"Yes right now." Mr. Gerrtsmi said with annoyance in his voice. I quickly picked up my stuff and walked out of the room, I lead everyone through the hall and to the gym.
"Ok Jake and Sam pull out those bleachers and I'll pull out these." Mr. Gerrtsmi said when we got in the gym.
"Ok." I said and walked over to the bleachers and started to pull it. Sam came and helped me pull it out. After we did that Mr. Gerrtsmi had me and Delia mopping and everyone else everyone had to pick up trash. Then the girls got to fold some Cougar's den T-shirt and guys had to clean up the gym. After that we got to play basketball.
Then the bell rang and it was time for sixth hour. I had to go all the way back to Mr. Gerrtsmi's room, which is all the way on the other side of the building, because I left my backpack there. Pikachu and I were the only ones who left our backpacks in the room. Then I had to walk all the way to Mrs. Kemp's room. I sat down next to Rainy, because that's where Mrs. Kemp switched my seat to. At least Jeremy and Lynda are also at our table, I found out that Jeremy isn't as bad as I originally thought.
"Ok today study hall." Mrs. Kemp said as she walked to her desk and pulled out her laptop and started typing. Study hall meant do whatever you want as long as it wasn't too loud. I quickly left my seat and walked over to Ashley, the science teachers daughter. "Hello Jake, want to work on our science homework?" Ashely asked.
"Sure." I stole Sam's seat, which is right next to Ashely, and pulled out my science homework and science book, which looked like it went through a shedder and survived.
"Wow, your book looks rough." Ashely said staring at the crappy looking book.
"That's how they gave it to me." I said opening the crapping book kinda roughly almost taking off the cover.
"Yeah right, I've seen you throw that book, drop that book, side it back and front across the table, and try to hit Rainy with it." Ashely said and pulled out her book, which looked bran new.
"She started it." I flipped through the book to find the answers.
Soon the bell rang and it was time for the last hour, seventh hour, which for me was Pre-algebra, I know I should be in Algebra, but math is not my strong suit. Another long confusing hour with pointless stuff, who cares about what x equals? Any ways it did finally end, normally it would be time to leave, but it's time for a boring pep rally. I put my stuff in my locker and walked in the gym. I walked over to the Freshmen side, which was almost completely full. There were not seats by my Freshmen friends. I scanned the bleachers for a place to sit. My eyes fell on Pikachu, she was siting by her self, behind her sat her friends. I wondered why she didn't sit with her friends. She smiled patted the seat next to her and waved me over. I smiled and climbed up the bleachers and I sat next to Pikachu.
"Are you going to the game?" I asked, then looked at her shirt, it was a Cougar den shirt, which everyone who's going to the game is whereing. Cougar is our school mascot. "Never mind."
"Do you have many Freshmen friends?" Pikachu asked suddenly. I really didn't have many just Ashely, Pikachu, Allen, and Danny.
"I have friends." I said not wanting Pikachu to know of my lack of friends.
"It's just you always look so sad and alone when you have to sit with the Freahmen." Pikachu said sympathetically.
"I'm just always later and honestly some of the Freshmen are kinda weird." I said.
"Yeah." Pikachu nodded.
The rest of the pep was really boring. We just stood up and sat down and did weird things that we would do if we went to game, which I didn't, so it was pointless.
