Gazing,
Into a fire place,
The heat dancing,
On my face.
Flames orange,
Yellow, red,
Come dance with us,
They said.
Flames jumping,
Prancing around,
Swaying to the beat of an,
Unheard sound.
Licking the logs,
Claiming the wood,
Burning nicely,
Just like a fire should.
But give then too much fuel,
It'll all go wrong,
The flames no longer sing,
A peaceful song.
They eat greedily,
Anything in their way,
Any distractions,
They'll easily slay.
A dragons furnace,
The devil's hell,
From the point of the fire,
Alls going well.
So the flames,
Got their desire,
For you to be a part,
Of dancing fire.
