Swooping through the empty night,
Sole survivor,
Fate decider.
Winning even without a fight,
He's the strongest,
Lasts for longest.
Flying away from morning light,
Cave dweller,
No-tale teller.
He hides away until it's not so bright,
Sleepy head,
Stays in bed.
I know him,
From the tip of his tail,
To his very last scale.
He knows me,
From who I am,
To who I used to be.
He prefers the moon,
To the sun,
My big,
Dragon.
