@blindsilence cyber locks are bright neon foam and tubes that go in your hair, common to a style known as cyber goth. Ear cuffs are like earrings except they don't pierce your ear, they just clip onto them. They aren't on the ear lobe though they're on the side (I don't know what that part is called)
