One night long ago,
I fell into your embrace,
And we let go of all the woe,
And fell heart first into disgrace.
That night we felt forbidden love,
abandoned dreams and hopes,
And broke the chains of those above,
Untied ourselves from there deadly ropes.
That night I let myself believe,
That you were saved from darken dreams,
But once again I was deceived,
For you will always be a man of means.
That night was a mistake,
When I gave into the darkness in my mind,
I wish you nothing but hate,
Even though you were once kind.
But still I can't regret,
Even with all I know,
The night we played our loves roulette,
That night so long ago.
