What You Made Me

I see you've come to save me,
And fix my broken ways,
So go on and make you plea,
Then be on your way.

You can't fix what isn't broken,
I care not what you say,
For it is better left unspoken,
Keep your hope at bay.

Are you not proud I've done what we planed?
Just because you were too afraid,
Of everything our plan contained,
How easily you were swayed.

Now here you stand,
Begging at my feet,
I should have been at your right hand,
Everything we worked for is now complete.

But you were too weak,
Crumbled away at the first blow,
To afraid to even speak,
So I became the star of the show.

I'm what you made me,
A product of your poisoned scheme,
You twisted all that's inside me,
I am you're darkest dream.

So go on and kill me,
Correct your worst mistake,
But think of what could be,
If you were truly awake.
