Until I'm before the gates
Of the graveyards trinkets
The rusted metal
Releases a moan
Small crunches 'neath my feet
I'm still unknown
Creep quietly
Staring at each headstone
Faded and old
Like the bodies it owns
Place myself
In front of my dead lover
Soulless
Hidden under covers
Full, illuminious
The moon glances down
Then is trapped once more
Under the masking cloud
Sit upon my sisters
Flowers long dead
But her teddy bear remains
Right by her golden head
A sorrowful home
Filled with tears and honour
I had tried my best
To be her saviour
A thinning out
As I stand with bloodshot eyes
I'll never forgive myself
For revealing her disguise
Walk tall and strong
Still creeping low
Shan't be caught
Visiting my sister alone
A shattering creak
The gate protests my leave
Tears fall, I disappear deep in the fog
So my sister shan't see
Although, to you
She's long gone
Our long misty journey
Has just begun
