The Ice Cream Of Life

The ice cream of life is full of surprises- Bad, good and sweet,
With an icy bow tie on the top, carved in all nice and neat,
There are some lemons,
But you can always make lemonade, mix it up with melons.
There are flowers and pinches of grins from funny times,
Curiosity and, to communicate when noise is loud, secret mimes.
Theres some whispers and a shout,
Who knows what its about?
Confusion, happiness and a few tears,
All happened through out the years.
So anyway, I wont go on,
In case I stop making sense (I think I have already) and get complaints from every George, Harry and Tom.
But heres the point, and I'll make it rhyme,
The ice cream of life can sometimes be bad, but good a lot of the time.

Spuds On Your Shoulder

A little help is all I give. No need to be so defensive. Politely say what you need to say. And I will gladly go away. A little chip, as we grow older. May be found upon our shoulder.

My Wish My Dream

I wish wishes. Didn't exist. I wish the world. Was woven with bliss. I wish that life. Never took nasty twists. And that prayers. We're not needed. And that pain. Was a myth. I have a dream.

Decider.

I wear the scars, they don't wear me. I set the boundaries, choose what they'll be. I write my lines, they don't fall out. And if I speak, I may just shout. I wear the scars, they don't wear me.

The Ripening

Been reading up on contemporary poetry. Here is my first stab at it. Near as I can tell, if it confuses and annoys the reader then it's contemporary poetry.

An Anxiety Alliteration

Ficticious fantasies fixated on folding my feelings. As anxiety, angst and attacks alleviate me at my angers anchorage. Debating doubtful dreams of delving into a deeper depression.
