Christmas Day was yesterday,
The day went by so quickly,
And now cluttering the fridge,
Are leftovers of the turkey.
A bit of berry sauce here and there,
The odd one or two potatoes,
Those straggly bits that no one eats,
So they're left to lurk in the shadows.
But surely no scraps should be left?
After all, christmas is only once a year,
So eat up all those leftovers,
And shout it loud for all to hear!
