Hey,
Its a little short but, Here is chapter 9. Enjoy guys...
Chapter 9
Ouch! My head hurt and I was disorientated. I looked around, I was in a room. A white room. Oh god am I dead? No I’m not. Where am I? What’s white and clean and smells like bleach? Hospital. Oh god that’s not good.
“Oh my gosh thank you. Cassandra your awake” Patch said, nearly jumping with joy. I looked over at Patch and you could tell he hadn’t slept. His eyes were bloodshot and he looked like he was going to cry.
“I am?” I asked.
“Yes you are” Patch replied.
“So I’m not dead?" This wasn’t all a dream? I wouldn’t suddenly go back to the girl crying on the bathroom floor because of Tony?
“No you’re not” Oh my gosh, thank the lord. I grabbed Patch and held him tight.
Please don’t leave me. I thought
I would never do that. He replied and let go of me.
“What happened to me? How long have I been here? Where’s tony?” He sighed. Why did I ask that last question? I didn’t care as long as he was out of my life.
“Ok… one question at a time.” He laughed.
“What happened to me?” I questioned, serious.
“Cassandra, you were stabbed in the shoulder” I was what? My shoulder had a large white bandage on. “But you passed out and have been like this for almost 24 hours.” Patch carried on.
“Where’s Tony?” That pathetic little weasel did this and I hope he’s dead.
“I’m sorry he’s still out there, somewhere.” What? Wait… that wasn’t out loud.
“What?” That’s better
“He’s gone crazy. He said he’s going to kill you, if you don’t be with him again” Tony get this into your head… I don’t want you.
“I don’t want him, I want you” I cried.
“I’m glad. I will protect you I promise.” Patch kissed me passionately. We were in public but I didn’t care, I loved him too much.
“Thank you”
“You’re welcome baby. But next time I’d rather your lips did the thanking.” I kissed him again. Awwww I loved him. Correction I love him.
“That enough thanking?” I said, smiling.
“Nope” We kissed for a third time until I noticed the nurse walked over to us…
“Hi, I’m Nurse Wendy. I’m glad you’re awake Cassandra you gave your boyfriend quite a fright. He was shouting at us for not taking better care of you and then he kept asking when you would wake up” I looked at Patch, he smiled and mouthed ‘I love you’. “Well you can go home now. Just don’t pick up anything heavy, have lots of rest, maybe stay off work for a few days and take these, to relieve any pain” Wendy held up some tablets and I nodded.
“Ready to go?” Patch asked. Defiantly.
“Yes” I replied. Patch helped me off the hospital bed and we said goodbye to Wendy before exiting the hospital…
