When you lead a troop, you need to show that you have the ability to lead, which means you should know what is Personal & what is Professional... Looking at a positive angle towards any issue would be the most effective way when dealing with constructive remarks rather than worrying about your own ego being tested just because you have personal hatred towards another 'Pack Leader' - that won't make you a Good Leader then would it?
