Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are?
Starry skies a thousand eyes,
See such beauty look how they mesmerise,
Glinting in the moonlight dancing in its sight,
With each blink the vision of dying,
You dying? Are there just lying,
The darkness wrapped around you caressing the light,
A soul cannot hate a star to you they sit and pray,
And when lost wanderers look for you to guide the way,
The moon watching over illuminating you all so bright,
It was the heavens from you were sent,
And from a single angels tears you lent,
Falling star watching it burn it it the darkness you try to fight?
Or maybe an immortal soul from a time afar,
Little star I still wonder what you are?
Up above the world so high,
Or are you closer but too fragile to touch,
Like snowflakes webs and such,
Or immortals just watching the ages go by,
It is you little stars that we look up too,
What are stars? Oh what to do?
Like a diamond in the sky, I've often sat and wondered why?
Twinkle twinkle little star how I still wonder what you are?
