Rural Attitudes

Perhaps it is simply because I live in a rural county (I can live in hope) that such closed minded attitudes are so rife amongst daily life. Today, however, really took my breath away. I over heard a conversation between three women and a gentleman who were not only insistent that the Internet was useless, they had concluded it was the root of corruption. Maybe you could take this point? It depends on the view of corruption. It seemed that their view was that homosexuals were the dregs of society and they were somehow encouraged by the world wide web. I wonder if this generation of small minded bigots will eventually die out? I certainly hope so.
