Awakening.

I felt his teeth dig into my flesh, warm blood oozed down my neck. I relaxed, suddenly at ease. The cold, solid arms let go of of me, gently laying me down on the forest floor. He looked at me, mouth covered in my blood, eyes bright crimson. His skin was white. Like paper, his hair in black ruffles. He was beautiful. He disappeared. Was I dead? Suddenly, I began to feel a burning pain spread through my body. My veins were on fire, along with the rest of me. My body started twitching, which quickly escalated into spasms. I let out a scream, digging my nails into the dirt, staring at the treetops. Was I dying? Or already dead? Everything burned. It was ridiculous. I felt helpless. I screamed more and I spasmed uncontrollably, my body continued to burn. It went on for a while. Slowly, I began to slow down. I felt my eyes close, I felt myself fall into an endless pit of darkness.

I wiggled my fingers, then my toes. Was I alive? My throat hurt. I opened my eyes. I was in a forest. I inhaled, thousands of scents filled my nostrils, tree, humans, animals. I stared at the treetops. The curiosity continued to flow. Everything felt sharp, I felt weightless. I sat up, expecting a head rush. Nothing. I noticed blood on my jacket. Awesome. The pain in my throat worsened, like a hot coal being shoved down it. I wandered to the creek, washing my face. For november, the water should've felt cold, but it had no effect. I looked down in the water, to see my reflection. Piercing red eyes, and tiny white fangs on the girl really stood out. That wasn't me was it?
