Having A Baby

I have a friend who's having her baby today
Tis a bit early, expected date was supposedly in May
Fingers crossed, everything will be fine
Coz right now she is still waiting and about to whine.

They told her to stop eating since 12 midnight
Almost one in the afternoon now, no doctors/ nurses on sight.
They've waited for almost seven hours total
Hungry and nervous, she's about to go mental.

Finally she was wheeled inside the operating room
It only took thirty minutes, a baby girl, the father was over the moon.
They now have two boys and one little lady
I'm so excited to see the little princess, I might go to the shop and buy a cuddly pink Teddy.

To Fearly and Ryan, congratulations to you guys
You're both such good parents and my how time flies
You can count on me in case you need a hand
On sleepless nights, I'll just whip out my magic wand.

I know this poem doesn't make any sense
But it's the thought that counts, hence
If you like this then that is good
Coz nothing can deter my happy and good mood.
