There's an illness seeping through my skin. A reckless torture brewing within. They say it's the result of my pursued life of sin. A feeling is missing from my wasteful existence.
What's the point of talking. Is it because I am the one who is walking. What's the point of flowers. Is it because now I am quiet for hours. What's the point of kissing.
Who would want a heart like mine. It's been broken so many times. Scars that will never heal. Cynicism beyond its years. A heart that needs to love but falls for the wrong person every time.
A broken heart; There must be a start. Who committed the crime, Took away your time. Are the effects long while, How long till you smile.
Maybe my heart is fragile. Like a box full of glass. Because everyone I've ever loved. Remains only in my past. I'm not sure what love is. And probably never will. I thought it was something magical.
A dream lost A dream forgotten Follow your heart Or you'll feel rotten Heart or head. Which will you choose. But then who's there to break the news.
If I had one day left of my life, I would have so much to do. But one thing isn't sure, I wouldn't waste that time on you. My life has turned upside down, And you don't even care.
