Sometimes you don't say things for effect or raise. You don't require approval or acknowledgment you just need to say then. To help you make sense of it and to stop you going mad. Thoughts churning over and over only making the screaming inside your brain louder and the whole situation worse. Just because you say something, doesn't mean it's aim up someone. You may just relate to it, or find it assuming. The fact that people are so concerned that your thoughts are about them simply says to me "guilty conscious"
