I want to live beside a palm fringed beach A place where all mundanity cannot reach An endless blue sky and warm turquoise sea Just outside our back door for you and me
With a tropical garden full with papaya and mango The sound of waves lapping the shore as we dance the tango I don't want to go shopping down to my local Tesco But just dine with you in our garden eating alfresco
The tropical birds will fill our world with song And with you my darling nothing can go wrong So take the big step you gorgeous creature and be bold Then together we will live in paradise and grow old
