The global integration of society has never been easy Every nationality some great and some a little sleezy All growing together and sharing this tiny spinning rock It goes unsaid that we are one day in for some enormous shock
So what great disaster will unfold as human nature takes more hold Every minute of the day this world trades in all things bought and sold Whether this be pollution discarded into our fragile atmosphere Or greedily stripping all our fish and their habitats without fear
Some countries are lucky enough to vote for their own politicians Human nature being what it is they are all about their own ambitions Lining their pockets, fiddling their expenses or getting their little cock sucked That's one of reasons that this world will end up well and truly fucked
Perhaps a global shortage of food will be beginning of the breakdown That will be the start of the global catastrophic human meltdown Whichever way you look at it, unfortunately every man is out for himself However thoughtful you may be all humans ultimately like to help oneself
What a lot of doom and rot I hear the cynical mutter to themselves That is exactly the reason that as a human race we fear no perils Who gives a damn about what is left behind when we are dead and gone Thanks we've all had a good time, but oh so sorry here's a great big nuclear bomb
