stressed out. freaking out, breaking out. don't know what to do. impulse. tears come down anyways. you didn't want this, your mind, brain and heart are all trying to string things back together. your eyes are bloodshot, and don't want to be bothered. your head is warm and hot and awkward. your sleeves and hands come up to wipe the tears because you don't want them to reach your mouth. your mouth is halfway and uncomfortably open, crying. no noise, barely any noise, some noise. stop this madness, overflowing thoughts, abnormal heartbeats. ignore everything and block anything out. all you really need to do is think this through. piece things. relax relax relax. calm yourself down. don't take it out on anyone, act like everything's alright, just cool off, chill out. eventually things will get better, things will find their way. stressed out is just one way to put it.
