I summon the strength, I can't live without, I need it most, In this drought.
I ask for respect, That I've given you, Nothing more, Nothing new.
I want beauty, For selfish reasons, To be noticed, Throughout all seasons.
I need love, To feel safe, For protection, To be okay.
The real question, Is how to get these things, Earn, yearn, Buy a diamond ring?
The answer of sorts, Is simpler than most, It is chance, And chance can't be chosen.
