The ice caps are melting and it is an indisputable fact.
Scientist do not need to work very hard to solve this problem. In fact, the problem was solved years and years ago. Once upon a time people used to wear caps made from cloth and various fabrics. Remember kids, change your headwear, save the ice caps, keep them in your freezer.
