I sat on the end of the big deep pan pizza. I remember it like it was yesterday because it was yesterday.
It was tomato based, or its base was, I can't remember. It had toppings. Food, several different varieties. Some were even vegetables but I remember I ate them too. That's how I roll. They were the good types of vegetables. Chillies. The pizza also had meat. Chicken and also some beef If I am not mistaken.
The reason why I was sitting on the pizza was that I had not finnished eating it yet. I had to protect it from the scavenger.... that damned fly. There was at least half of the pizza left to eat.
So I sat staring at the the place where the door should be. The threshold the fly would have to cross.
