- Friends Again -
"Hi, Emily!" Johnny would call if he saw me in the halls. At lunch, if he saw me, he'd rush to say hi to me. After school, he'd sneak up behind me and then put his arms around my shoulders. "Hi, Johnny," I'd whisper shyly, and he'd grin. "What's up?" he'd ask. We'd talk. We'd laugh. He'd smile. I'd blush. I didn't think things could get better. But I was wrong.
