"Was it a mistake?" I thought, staring at Jason's Facebook post that I'd just liked. I couldn't help it. He was such an amazing writer. It was impossible not to give him props for his inspiring posts. But my mind was torn. Would he be freaked out? Think I was stalking him? I just didn't know...

I walked into my singing class and immediately spied him. He was on a drum set and was banging out a pretty good beat. I was so shy that I couldn't even look at him, and turned my back on him to talk to my friends. When I went to get my music folder, he came over too. "Hello," he said cooly. My eyes widened. "Hey," I said, matching his level. He smiled at me, green eyes glowing. "Can't wait for the weekend," he said. I nodded. "Are you...a drummer?" (I am very attracted to drummers, only because I myself like to tap little rhythms and I like guys that actually CAN drum.) He raised his eyebrows. "Yeah. I'm a professional drummer. I have my own band." I smiled. "Really?" He chuckled. "No." I laughed out loud, and he went and sat at his seat. I sat down in mine. "So I *didn't* screw everything up," I thought, grinning.
