drip. drop.
the rain lightly hits the grey worn out pavement.
drip. drop.
i look up at the sky and find rain clouds. a light, smokey, grey color that seems to mean no harm.
i go back to reading my book on the porch.
drip. drop. drip. drop.
the rain begins to fall faster. i look at the droplets hitting the ground a bit harder and turning the side walk color to a dark grey. i look up at the sky to spy dark grey rain clouds right as lightning cackles and strikes a bright, vivid, yellow color.
bam. bam. bam. bam.
the rain starts hitting the ground a bit harder and i decide to go inside to watch the rain from a window in my dry house.
