My Birds

This is a response to @jackalice 's "In A Man A Bird Flies". (What can I say, you inspired me ;]) Strange rhyme scheme, may be a bit hard to follow.
~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm a dove and a crow,
Though
Sometimes lost like the sparrow
I'm opposite things
Sweet
Silent and dark like the crow's wings
I ponder and listen
Unmoving
Like a weathered stone's long forgotten glisten
I have a hurt heart
Scarred
Like one that's been all over the chart
But I'm still empathetic
Quite
My tendency to still love is pathetic
My heart for others
Forces
That I feel their pain as another
I want to be kind
Wholehearted
To everyone I happen to find
Yet I am lost
Unsure
I don't know what's worth the cost
Or to be me
Myself
It's a constant puzzle to unravel my identity
I am a sparrow, I am a dove
And a crow
I am a mish-mash, veins flowing with love.
