PIXIES P.O.V

(New York City)

I'm officially in New York! Wow! It's really cool here and dad has a massive mansion! There's a swimming pool, like 10 garages, 100's of cars! It's just a dream house! But Kaiden hates it. He may be only a month old but he can scream! When we take Caitlin and him into the pool she'll splash about but Kay will just scream! Even in the nursery room he screams! Everywhere all the time!
"Maybe we should see a doctor?" Charley suggested one morning.
"Yeah ok!" I smiled. He drove us all (not dad) to the doctors.
"Hi. I don't have an appointment but I'm here about my son Kaiden. He has Downs Syndrome," I explained to the man at the desk.
"Ok, where was he born? Sounds random but its critical," he replied.
"Hawaii," I said.
"Yeah, well. Go into room 7. It's down the corridor to the left," he smiled pointing. I slipped him my number. I was only 16 after all! He took it and winked. He looked my age...
"Hello. Is this Kaiden?" asked the doctor. She took him out of my arms and placed him on a mat.
"Yes. His twin is Caitlin," Charley smiled.
"Oh my gosh. This is bad. It's- it's- it's Cancer. It's still treatable if we take him right now!" She said. I took my baby and we got into her car. Cancer? No! I can't believe it!

NOAH'S P.O.V

(Hawaii)

Last night was great! We had lots of fun!
"Morning beautiful," I smiled to Talulah. She was lying on top of me and we were both naked.
"Your fun to play with... I love it pretty boy!" She winked getting off me. We got dressed and went downstairs. I checked my phone whilst Lou made waffles. 1 message.
HI NOAH. KAY HAS CANCER. IT'S TREATABLE BUT STILL SERIOUS. TELL MUM OK

I smiled to myself at the end part. But poor Kaiden.
"Waffles up!" Talulah shouted from the kitchen. I walked in.
"Talulah, will you marry me?" I asked holding out a diamond ring.
"I-I-I don't know... Joke! Of course Noah baby!"
