Hhmm... I think someone who Pixie hates should die (like one of her siblings or something)... Like, for example, she should keep saying things like "God I hate Anna do much... Ugh! I wish she would just die!" and then she should get hit by an 18-wheeler lorry or something... Then Pixie should be really sad and regret wishing for her sibling to die... Just a suggestion, you can change the idea if you like :3
