Hi, I'm Caitlin and this book is about me! I'm currently 13! A tween at heart! My mum, Pixie, is 29! So's my dad. My sister Anna is 28, the triplets are 32 and my grandparents are... Old! I don't even know wether they know their age! Anyway, there's also Kaiden. He's my twin if you forgot. With Down's syndrome... I don't get that much attention- ever... I have knee length golden hair and shiny green eyes. My hair was my most prized possession! I would cry if it were to get cut! So, here we go:
"Charley! Help tidy this up! Charley? Oh, work. Yes that's right. So Kate! Kate?" she shouted. I bet Kay had spilt his paints! Infact, I knew! I tried to ignore her, Kaiden annoyed me! I was in my cupboard. Sounds wired, I know. It's the airing cupboard. The boiler tank has been taken out so there is more room. I painted the little walls showing blue. In one corner there are pillows and on a wall is a mirror. Now your probably thinking that this hiding place is huge, but actually it's half a step one way and one step the other!
"Caitlin Daverson, get your damn stinking but down here now!" she screamed. No one called me Caitlin- ever! I got called Kate. Always!
"Well, Pixie! I'm on my way. Although I'm stuck in traffic- I wish! No wonder dad has a job on the other side of Hawaii!" I screamed unlocking the door. Yeah I ment Hawaii. Jake cleared off. I don't know why... Anyway. I have lived here since I was 8 years old... I walked down the stairs and saw my mum standing in the kitchen. She had just handed Kay an ice cream. I felt so wound up inside. Oh, I forgot to mention, I have serious anger issues.
"So, Kate. It doesn't matter. I have done it," mum smiled.
"Great! Just great!" I smiled sarcastically.
"Soda!" Kaiden giggled.
"Shut the hell up Kaiden! I don't like you!" I screamed. I was shy. Hard to believe I know. I am though. Mum tried to follow. I ran to my cupboard faster than I had before! I locked the door and then got out my laptop. I logged on to my favourite website. 'Guys n Gals'. The rest of the night was just like any other: me showing guys and gals my bits and them showing me theirs! The reason I do this is because I don't know wether I like girls or boys. I am currently dating Tammy. We are going to the cinema tomorrow...
