Imagination Is Key

Dusk over dawn.

The horizon beneath the sun.

Waves cascading over the smooth sand.

A cave hidden away on an island.

Locked away.

Hung by handcuffs against the cold stone walls.

Welcome to my home.

Dark & sharp crystal stone.

The definiton of my lovely: horrid & ugly.

The subtraction to an unequal fraction.

Locking away my reaction.
Unread.

The colors once painted a beautiful picture, now the canvas' bled.

Striking that high cord, mind moves down the shore.

Searching for the silver lining.

Gold hangs in the sky.

Using minds as a weapon.

The lose ends lightly tie.

Keeping score on an unopened door.

Take a step forward. Enocourages the voice.

Mind racing, struggling to make a choice.

Not here to please.

You make your own sway in the breeze.

There's only me.

The answers dangling there.

The key appearing out of thin air.

Decision easily chose.

Wanting to beat myself down for keeping my mind so narrowily closed.

Pulling through, guiding my way to you, those forbidden shores unlock all my closed doors.

The silver lining, imagination without hesitation.
