Improv challenge set by @misslittleDHP
The wind upon its back does roam,
seeds of discontent we've sown.
The time to bare our souls has past
Time is tense, we watch the hourglass.
I think upon the lives entwined,
I feel their love, like a claw that binds.
For I do not break this bond alone,
how do I say goodbye and make others atone?
Their love for you is my hangman's noose
hung from this tree of regret.
I do not have the strength to break lose.
My fate I fear I've met.
