I know it's true,
I've seen it with my eyes,
My body going weak,
Myself in despise,
Tears run down my cheeks,
Memories all flood back,
The years you've just throw away,
You'll never get my love back,
I drop my cleats,
And as they hit the floor,
You look up and see,
The girl you no longer adore,
You see her hurting,
Something you never wanted to do,
You know her hearts breaking,
All because of you,
She gently bows her head,
And walks away,
Away from her cheating boyfriend,
There's now no reason to stay,
My heart feels weak,
As I walk away from him,
My world becoming blank,
After seeing that very sin,
There's no repairing this,
There's not turning back,
He's cheated on you,
You could never forgive that,
All the memories,
All the laughs,
All the hugs,
The texting in class,
All the forevers,
The broken promises,
All your hopes,
Dreams,
And mostly what ifs,
The years you've spent believing,
Trying to make this work,
But in the end you always knew,
That you would be the one to hurt,
The pain you feel,
That he's given you,
Is something you can't forgive,
You know he doesn't love you,
He's hurt you for good,
There's no turning back,
It's time to take the memories,
And shove them into the past,
