"The Hunger Games

The hunger games is a film I have waited to see with the past year and an a half due to the exhilarating teaser trailer, and I was not a die hard reader of the books also. Going in to see this film I had a lot of high expectations. I was hoping for an intense, thrilling action with acting to catch my notice. What I got was all that and more. The characters in "the huger games" are those of which are very captivating, especially the main character 'Katniss Everdeen'. The film itself is visually beautiful from the bright harsh location of District 12 to the amazingly done 'Capitol' all in all set locations were chosen excellently. The acting I found was very good from all main actors, with a good few humor sketches which adds to the film. 'The hunger games' is a film I highly anticipated but in the back of my mind I kind of expected it to fall short of its expectations, but in conclusion, 'The Hunger Games' proved to be a brilliant film with high action and great acting with a powerful effect which lead me to be in the middle of reading the book now. A very good 9 out of 10.
