Thankful

What am I thankful for?
I don't know!
I play my life ear,
I go with the flow!

But if I were to say,
I guess I'm thankful for life.
Lucky is he that lives,
No matter how much he gripes.

What am I thankful for?
I don't know!
I let my days fly by,
As time on goes.

But now that I'm thinking,
I guess I'm thankful for love!
It's a true gift of wonder,
A wonder from above!

What am I thankful for?
I can't really say!
My days are bliss galore!
So my carelessness tends to stay.

If I'd have to say what I'm thankful for,
The one I love the most,
I love her forever more,
And do truly mean to boast.

She really is amazing!
As wonderful as can be!
I'll show her off to you,
And I'm sure you will agree.
