So a boy is born with a one of a kind medical condition - he only had a head. He stays like this until his 18th birthday, when his Dad says "Son, after the hard life you've had which we've shared, I want to share your first beer with you".
So off they go to a bar, and the beer is bought. But at the first sip of beer, he magically grows a body! His Dad tells him to have more and he grows arms and hands! Tears in his eyes, his father tells him to finish his beer and he becomes a complete fully grown man.
Jumping for joy, the boy runs out into the street with his new legs and is hit by a bus.
The father, shocked at the recent events sits there mouth open speechless at the bar. With a solemn expression the barman leant over the bar and said "To be honest mate he should've quit whilst he was a head"
