In my group of friends we would insult each other, as friends do. Ludicrous insults such as "You are an unutterably pedestrian pick pocket and a vapid foul-smelling mass of neuroses and pathologies" would be common amongst us. One friend wasn't so talented with words but one day decided to do a little homework. On being insulted on the next occasion he replied "I had gender with your mum"....
